Frantic Rivvie!

Rivvie and Gloria had a squirrel treed and it was SO funny watching them trying to get that squirrel!!!
Gloria's method: Lie down patiently and wait.
Rivvie's Method: Shake bite, and try to climb it to get the prey.
Gloria just laid down and waited and Rivvie was just FRANTIC trying to get that squirrel!
She grabbed a vine that was connected to the tree and shook it around with her teeth trying to dislodge the squirrel!!!
After she dislodged the squirrel she ran over to the tree that the squirrel had run to and jumped up on her back paws, put her front paws on the tree and BIT one of the lower branches, trying, to pull herself up!!
When that didn't work she went over to the other trees and tried to climb those trees!!!
When she couldn't do that she went back over to the tree where the squirrel was and bit the tree itself trying to pull herself up to the squirrel!!!
While all this is happening Gloria is just sitting down watching Rivvie do all this!
It was the FUNNIEST sight watching the dogs with their different methods of catching prey!

But, here's a thought.... Buy a roll of duct tape and cover the floor with it, sticky side up. You can jump across it to get away from her, but, she will have to crawl across it. That might help slow her down a bit the next time she is pestering you! If she's too noisy, a little piece might be useful for her mouth!!! (believe me, I would love to do this to my brother and sister but, I can't.
