Another Question

Sorry I haven't gotten around to answering all my comments lately. I've been busy with all the busyness of the Christmas Season. Ok as to your Question. Here's the Question.

o.k heres a real question, what do you do if you cant get anything for christmas for anyone, but you want to give them something?
greendaygirl

I have NO idea as to what to do in this situation. Sorry.

OK Dad and Mom said that I had to think of SOMETHING to say.

Like granma said, put on a play or give a coupon to do a chore around the house or somethin' like that.

Q # 4

Dear Bats,
Hi, I just found your Blog with my cool grandma. She is the best. I'm 11 years old. I just switched schools. Im in 6th grade and love horses.
I have a Question:How to have patience with my 1 year old little sister. She is a pest. I love her to death but sometimes she can be a pest. but she is so cute. Thanks- Horse lover.

Hi! I would've answered sooner but, on the weekends I don't do much in the way of blogging on weekends.

I have a 4 year old sister and a 8 year old brother and I know how you feel. I wanna beat them up a lot of times. I don't do patience very well so I wouldn't know what to tell you to do. But, here's a thought....
Buy a roll of duct tape and cover the floor with it, sticky side up. You can jump across it to get away from her, but, she will have to crawl across it. That might help slow her down a bit the next time she is pestering you! If she's too noisy, a little piece might be useful for her mouth!!! (believe me, I would love to do this to my brother and sister but, I can't. You proabably can't either but, it's worth a shot!!!)

DISCLAIMER: OK, OK! My parents read the above advice and they can't seem to recognize a joke when they read one! They were taken aback by my aparent harshness. But that's the fun of having a blog! You can write outrageous things!

Dear Bats,
The other day I noticed a man on my roof. He had some sort of apparatus in his hand, and leaves were swirling all around! Some were spewing out of the gutters and others were whirling off the roof. At first I didn't give it a thought--just figured Santa was up there checking out the size of my chimney hole to assess how big a bag he could take down the chimney next month. Then I got to thinking...wait a minute: no suit, no reindeer--maybe this was something much more ominous! What do you think? Should I be concerned???

Q#4

Um, um, this isn't QUITE the question that I was expecting. I think you should be concerned and go get your shotgun. If you think it is santa don't shoot! He could be in disguise!

Q # 3 for Bats Advice.

Recently received question for Bats' Advice Column:

Grannygreenweed said... Dear Bats, I had knee surgery a year ago and the therapy people gave me some knee exercises to do. I asked him how long I'd need to take them and he responded: all your life! Well, as you can guess, I got interested in some other exercises and dropped those. Now I can't find my paper that showed the exercises and I don't need to tell you that my memory is such that I do not remember them! Can you tell me where they are or give me some of your own that would help the knee area? Thanks!--Grannygreenweed

Dear Grannygreenweed, So you are trying to find this um, paper huh?
Suppose you try looking under the bird bath in your back yard.
Or, um, under the bed. (that's where you'll find a LOT of my stuff!)
Or, try the garage.
Or, go looking in the trash can.(hehehehehe) I WOULD have a pic to put with this comment but, mom deleted it off her computer. );
Ok. Back to question. Did you look under the mattress. I hide things there every so often!

Ok enough looking places.
Exercise.
happy.
Now for a REALLY good knee exercise plan. Come over to my house and do EVERYTHING Rayna does!!!
That'll get ya on the run!
And especially for the knees hmmmmmmm..... Do 100 jumping jacks every day! HA!
OH, OH, OH, OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try this. Build an obsticle course and go through it 3 times a day! Now here's the catch. DO THE OBSTICLE COURSE ON YOUR KNEES!!! (psssst. Your grandkids can come and use the obsticle course too!!! fun, fun, fun!!!) OH MY GOODNESS!!! I almost forgot the most important thing if you want to REALLY get those joints amovin'! Run 10 laps around your neighborhood and you'll be just fine!

Today

Granpa came over to check out our car. WHOOPSIE! I forgot to tell you that we got stranded last night in the parking lot! Dad came and jump started us. After that we all went to Godfathers Pizza. That place was PACKED!! Someone was having a soccer party there and I got to see my friends Autumn, Luke and Sabrina there!

Rayna and I started our day out with raking leaves into a big pile and then jumping in them!Jumping in them is the best part of raking leaves.

After that I went in and I did my math. Then I went over to Grandman and Grandpa C's house so I could rake their leaves too. Then I came home and goofed around for a while and then we came here to blog!

End of story!

I was wondering who sent the comment about dying their hair purple and black. I forgot to mention-FORGET THE SPIKES!!! SPIKES R WEIRDER THAN WEIRD!!!!

Bats' (wonderful) advice column. Question # 2

Dear Bats,

I was thinking about dying my hair purplish-black today and maybe adding a few spikey strands on top. What attire do you think I should purchase to compliment my new style?

Sincerely,
Wondering in Wisconsin

Dear Wondering in Wisconsin,

I say that you should get some long pink tights along with 5 inch black, high heeled shoes with a pink and purple long sleeved (well it's almost winter isn't it??) shirt. Oh I almost forgot! Get a denim (I think thats how you spell it!) skirt to go over the tights!

Now that's what I call style!!!!!

Thanks 4 writing!

Question #1 for Bats and Bats' Sage Reply...

Head Banger recently wrote...

Dear Bats,I have a problem. My eleven year old daughter has begun getting a bad attitude (sulking and acting like I the biggest annoyance in her life). What do you suggest?

Bats' Counsel:
Dear Head Banger,

You NUT!!!!!! 11 year olds are very kind, nice and loveable and very allergic to bat attitudes! The ones who are addicted to bad attitudes are 4-10 year olds! NOT 11 year olds!

Advice Column

Mom advised that I should start a advice column. So here it is! To ask a question just comment on the posts and I will answer by writing a post. Or, every now and then I will publish a post called Darcy's Advice Column and you can comment on that and I will answer. Be prepared to get silly answers though!!!!!
